RELATIONSHIPS ARE HARD

Hello Kittens!

I hope you guys are having a wonderful day! Its Thursday and one more day till the weekend!! Not much to look forward too considering my weekend will be filled with working and missing a special someone! Speaking of special someones, I just have to say that relationships are hard, SO HARD! There are ups and downs.....and lower downs....and higher ups! Its constant work to maintain your happiness as well as the happiness of someone else. Its work I don't mind doing! ;) But in the same breath its work. I don't plan on sharing the downs and lower downs of my relationship with Coach, I believe there are some things that a girl can keep to herself. But I do want to share that like all relationships we go through times where its not so good, days where its tough and I would rather not go through with that day.  In spite of all of that, I have chosen to love him anyway.  Love him, when he is angry with me for something that I have done, Love him when he leaves the toilet seat up, love him when we are watching movies and he falls asleep, love him when he is annoying me, love him when he won't share his fruit snacks, and love him when  ! I have just chosen to love him IN SPITE OF! Whatever the IN SPITE OF is...I have chosen to love him anyway. If this is the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with there will be times when the love we have for each other is all that we have and ultimately love is all we need.

Thanks for Listening

Genuine

Hey there!!

I hope you all have had a wonderful few weeks and a lovely weekend. My weekend was jammed pack with working and spending time with my love, Coach and his princess.

So I have absent for a little while and something has been laying on my mind to say. I hope this doesn't come off offensive and I mean this in the best way. I follow many blogs, and due to blog lovin I'm starting to gather a microscopic following. I'm fairly excited about that. But I'm always wondering, the people who are following me. Is it because you want more followers, and you don't care what I'm talking about? Or do you really like what it is I'm saying?

I feel the pressure to grow my blog, and blog every day so that I can keep up and build a following very fast. And that's not why I'm blogging. I'm blogging because I feel like I have something to say and its interesting. Not because I want to make money or any of that. ALTHOUGH if money comes into the equation, then that's great! But I'm not doing it for the coins....I'm doing it because its FUN. I ENJOY IT! I'm not going to succumb to the pressure of blogging everyday, having fancy blog designs, and offering giveaways. I want to do it the old fashioned way.  I want people to genuinely like what I"m putting out. And like me because they think my blog is cool and not because they're trying to build their following.

If you are reading this blog because its cool and you like IT GREAT!!! If you have commented and you like it GREAT! But I don't just want followers for the number count, I want people who like what I have to say to follow me!

Just sharing some things that were on my heart!

Thanks For Reading!

New Specs

*this post IS NOT SPONSORED, just sharing my opinion on the service and product(I PURCHASED)*

Whaddup Team!

How goes it on this fabulous Thursday? So I'm here with a review. Being a single female with a considerable amount of debt I'm always looking for ways to cut costs. A friend of mine told me about www.coastalcontacts.com  This website allows you to pick out non-prescription/prescription frames of your choice and they will ship them to you. Coastal contacts also has an offer where your first pair ever purchased at coastal contacts is free! YES my friends FREE! You get the frame and lenses for free. You pay for the shipping and handling costs! So....in all actuality it isn't FREE FREE but you are saving much more by just paying the shipping costs. Now for some picture overload!

This is what the box look likes

And little ole me!

I think they are pretty nice for how much I paid! I can't complain! So if you looking for a cheaper alternative to paying top dollars for glasses Coastal Contacts may be a good choice.

Blog Design

Hello Guys!!

I hope you all are doing well on this lovely day! I also hope my peeps living in the south who have experienced snow are safe and sound with no MAJOR mishaps. I have gotten around ok considering I need a brand new set of tires. Bad to the bone I tell ya....bad to the bone!  So anyways this post is about blog designs. Since I began this blog and started writing posts, 35 more than I actually thought I would  EVER write(YAY ME) I knew that if I kept up with it I would eventually want to change the look of things. I have considered doing the work myself....youtube and google my way thru but I don't know if I want to put in the tears to make it look a certain way. I've also looked into purchasing a template or someone to do a site but it can get kinda pricey. For now I think I'm leaning towards the template just to be done and look a little better than the template Blogger has.

One thing I have noticed is that other bloggers have these elaborate websites. That their picture lights up and moves around the page, The different posts are listed with pictures that flash. I think the actual software Flash is overused. Trying to read the content of their pages is hard because I'm having a hard time trying to navigate through your site. Which is a turn-off. You paid all this money for the site to look a certain way, and its elaborate and YOU LOVE IT, BUT I can't read it because I can't get right to the content. Personally I love blogs with simplistic layouts and design. I like blogs that I can scroll down your page and see your posts, they are easy to find. I know haven't been blogging that long, and I may not even have room to say anything but it was something I noticed because I browse A LOT of blogs. The one that have TOO much going on I don't read them. I'm missing out on content that I may love but if I can't find it I won't stay too long.

IF you guys know of any inexpensive templates or tips I can learn to do it myself...PLEASE don't hesitate to let a girl know! Till Next Time!

Lessons I want To Teach My Kids

Hey guys!

One of the things I'm looking forward to the most and no time soon might I add, are babies!! I love babies and to have a few of my own would be just added blessings to my life. With that being said there are few things that I want to teach them as they grow. I compiled a list of some things I feel like are valuable lessons. When these lessons came to mind there was no particular order just thoughts.

Never trust anyone with color contacts, not even me

Never talk to strangers

Honesty is always the best way to go

Never be ashamed to ask questions if you don't understand

Remember me and your dad will will always be here to support you

Always trust your instincts

Everyone that smiles in your face, doesn't always have your best interest in mind

Trust God

Never trust a big butt and a smile

Always be INDEPENDENT

Where I have been

I have been gone for a while. Due to recent events I will have more time to dedicate to this and my personal life which is wonderful.

***PICTURE OVERLOAD***

Here are some photos of my life thus far. These pictures are from my birthday trip to Atlanta. My baby hooked me up! He planned the whole thing and I was presently surprised. He be KNOWING!  We went to dinner, The Georgia Aquarium, saw the Best Man Holiday, and went to the Coca Cola Museum. He also got me a few gifts! He really planned the whole thing....and I was so happy! I cried like a baby when I had to leave him and go back to my life! Long distance is TOUGH!

Just a few more....I promise these will make you smile....if it doesn't....you hate KIDS and dogs! My nephews and my furry son! Don't judge me...He needs a haircut and he just got one Friday I promise! My babies Nicholas and Jacob(Nick in the orange and Jack in the blue)

Until Next time!
